Job Description / Job Responsibilities
  • Provide Clinical Leadership for all clinical services.
  • Program Management and Integration. Ensure clinical programs are integrated and aligned with company’s goals.
  • Quality Control and Compliance. Maintain highest standard of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Leadership and Development.
  • Operational Management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement. Act as primary clinical liaison with healthcare providers and regulatory bodies.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Medical degree required. Additional qualifications in healthcare management, public health, or a related field are highly advantageous.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of clinical experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple service areas in a healthcare setting.
  • Licensure: Valid medical license and any other certifications required for healthcare practice in the jurisdiction.
