Introduction to the HAIG
The Healthcare Administrators Interest Group (HAIG) is a Special Interest Group established under the SMA Membership Committee. The community is a ground-up initiative dedicated to enhancing the delivery of quality healthcare through the betterment of healthcare administration in Singapore. HAIG's mission is rooted in the belief that exceptional patient care is achieved through a collaborative approach between healthcare administrators and clinicians.
The community is a platform for healthcare administrators to connect, collaborate and develop professional skills. We will be focusing on various activities such as masterclass series, workshops, networking events and mentorship.
HAIG hosted its inaugural event on 21 June 2024, featuring Dr Wong Chiang Yin as its key speaker, who shared valuable insights gained from his personal career.
