The July issues of SMA News are dedicated to our doctors in training and this year, we take a look at our residency programme. In the Feature article, Dr Ng Chew Lip, Vice Chairperson of the SMA Doctors in Training Committee, talks about residency and how it has evolved since its inception in 2010.
This issue also features inspirational colleagues who have taken leaps of faith – one built a family during residency training; one achieved dual accreditation in orthopaedic and hand surgery; and another just cleared her residency exit examinations 16 years post-graduation.
