Job Description / Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients who undertake Teladoc services.
  • Manage and follow up EMO and Case Management cases. 
  • The detailed role includes:
    • Call patients, collect full medical records, and understand patients’ medical status and enquiries.
    • Compile a comprehensive clinical summary which would include patients’ medical condition, treatment history, medical records/investigations for expert review.
    • Discuss and guide patient accordingly based on expert/s opinion. 
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate patients’ progress and provide appropriate medical guidance and education.
  • Cooperate with Medical Directors and Care Coordinators in quality and service improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver remote advisory services, including but not limited to Expert Medical Opinion, Health Advisory, Chronic Disease Care, Coaching/Education and Referral.
Job Requirements

Professional Experience:


  • Medical degree from an accredited university/institution.
  • Registered with an active medical license with Singapore Medical Council.


  • Graduate Diploma of Family Medicine or any other relevant specialty.



  • Proficient in English. Be able to communicate in Mandarin, will be a competitive advantage.



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and effectively collaborate with remote healthcare teams.
  • Commitment to staying updated and telemedicine advancements, industry standards and professional development opportunities.
