Notice of Wizlearn Account Deactivation and Reactivation Process

Dear User,

As part of a routine user account management exercise, please note that some Wizlearn LMS accounts may be temporarily deactivated.

This exercise is conducted to ensure that our records remain up to date and that system access is provided only to active users.

Why your account may be deactivated
Accounts may be deactivated if they fall under one or more of the following categories:

  • Inactive accounts (no login activity for an extended period)

  • Duplicate user accounts

  • Non-member or former member accounts

  • Accounts belonging to users who are no longer eligible for access

What this means for you
If your account is deactivated, you will not be able to log in to Wizlearn using your existing credentials. No user data or learning records will be deleted.

How to reactivate your account
If you require continued access to Wizlearn, please click here. Clicking the link will open your email app with a pre-filled consent request.

Upon verification, the Secretariat will manually reactivate your account within 1-3 working days.
