We are currently in the digital and artificial intelligence age. With the digital transformation in healthcare both locally and internationally, the use of data and AI has increased enormously. The use of big data and artificial intelligence can be potentially helpful to improve the delivery of care in the healthcare setting. However, their uses can also give rise to the ethical and legal issues which need to be addressed in order to achieve the goal of improved and better patients' care safely without losing the trust.
